Bonjour,
Les messages d'erreur anglais viennent du moteur de calcul E+. Il faut repérer les messages précédés du mot SEVERE. Dans votre cas :
Ici, dans le Hall d'accueil RDC Haut vous avez certainement plusieurs fenêtres de même taille qui ont été envoyé à E+ comme une seul avec un multiplicateur. DesignBuilder le fait pour réduire les temps de calcul et seulement si vous laisser cocher l'option Consolider les fenêtres similaires qui se trouve dans les Options de Modélisation, onglet Avancé.
E+ veut calculer la luminosité de la zone et n'accepte pas que les fenêtres soient fusionnées, je pense qu'en décochant l'option de Consolidation de DB vous pourrez lancer la simulation.
